Session Recap: Building Real AI Workflows as a Business Owner

Our Bay Area chapter recently got together for a hands-on session hosted by Corey, and it turned into one of those nights where the demos kept surprising people.

Corey kicked things off by showing how he uses Genspark to handle content he used to outsource โ€” generating a week of LinkedIn posts in minutes, building landing pages, and creating a pitch deck for his prop-tech startup on the spot. The posts even pulled in details from his businesses automatically, because he'd set up his personalization profile in advance. Small thing, big difference.

From there the group explored some of the deeper features together:

  • Multi-model chat โ€” instead of manually switching between Claude, Gemini, Groq, and others, Genspark queries them all at once and gives you a combined answer. Several people in the room had never seen this before.

  • Hubs โ€” dedicated workspaces where you upload your brand guide, files, and context once, and every project you run from that Hub automatically uses it. Corey saw an immediate use case for managing his different businesses with separate branding.

  • Skills โ€” one attendee showed how you can upload a Canva design as a PDF, turn it into a reusable Genspark skill, and have it apply your branding automatically to every new presentation.

  • Developer mode โ€” Corey built a coaching call tracker web app live, specifying the design, data fields, and tech stack all in one prompt. He called it "a developer in my back pocket."

There were honest moments too. The group had real questions about credit usage, the limits of the multi-agent synthesis, and what happens when the AI doesn't have context of its own recent outputs. Those conversations made the session feel genuinely useful rather than just a product demo.

The night wrapped up with Michael showing a pre-qualification website he built for a mortgage broker โ€” starting from a rough idea in ChatGPT and finishing with a working site, in one session.

If this sounds like your kind of crowd, come join the conversation in Corey's chapters. Whether you're in real estate or just want to see how other Bay Area builders are using AI in their work, there's a seat for you.
