Community Guidelines
To keep things running well and make sure everyone feels welcome, here are a few guidelines we ask everyone to follow.
For Everyone
Be kind and respectful. Disagree with ideas, not people. This community spans different regions, roles, and experience levels — treat everyone accordingly.
Use your real identity. Set your display name to your full name and add a profile photo. Anonymous profiles are not permitted.
Complete your profile. Add your role, location, and a short bio. It helps people know who they're talking to and makes the community feel real.
Introduce yourself. When you first join, post an intro in your local chapter or in Meet Our Ambassadors if you're an ambassador. Share your name, what you do, and how you use Genspark.
Stay on topic. Post in the space that fits your content. Community News is for highlights, chapters are for local discussion, Resources is for guides and tips.
No spam or cold outreach. This is not a sales channel. Unsolicited messages and promotions aren't welcome here.
Don't cross-post. Post your content once, in the most relevant space. Duplicate posts will be removed.
Search before asking. Use the search bar or Ask AI — someone may have already covered it.
What We Don't Tolerate
Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior of any kind
Anonymous or fake profiles
Spam, unsolicited pitches, or repeated self-promotion
Sharing private conversations without permission
Posting the same content across multiple spaces
Violations may result in a warning, post removal, or removal from the community depending on severity.
