I turned a blender MCP into a BEAST using Genspark, this is how!

What if Blender didn't just execute commands... but actually understood your production pipeline?

I've been obsessed with one idea for like 3 days:

Can we turn Blender MCP from an automation tool into a true AI Technical Artist?

Not another chatbot.

Not another code generator.

An assistant that understands how real game assets are built.

So that's exactly what I started building.

🔹 Spatial scene understanding

🔹 Production pipeline awareness

🔹 Topology analysis

🔹 Mesh health evaluation

🔹 Unreal Engine readiness checks

🔹 Material graph inspection

🔹 PBR validation

🔹 Rig and skin weight analysis

🔹 Animation quality review

🔹 Intelligent asset QA

🔹 Safe automated mesh repair

🔹 Pipeline stage classification

🔹 "What should I do next?" production planning

Instead of simply answering:

"This mesh has 18,000 triangles."

It can reason like this:

"This appears to be a gameplay enemy character that's currently in the retopology stage. Your topology is production-ready, but your UVs should be finalized before baking. After that, validate your materials, run Unreal QA, and export."

That's a completely different level of interaction.

The goal was never to build more Blender tools.

The goal was to build production intelligence.

Every operation is backed by analysis.

Every recommendation includes context.

Every workflow follows real game development practices.

It doesn't just execute commands.

It helps make production decisions.

We're now at 44+ production-focused MCP tools, with intelligent workflow planning, self-verification, Unreal Engine integration, and a growing Production Intelligence Core designed to think like a senior AAA Technical Artist.

And we're just getting started.

The next frontier?

🧠 Animation intelligence.

🧠 Asset reasoning.

🧠 Production playbooks.

🧠 AI-assisted technical art.

Massive respect to the original creator of Blender MCP for building the foundation that made all of this possible. Open source is at its best when people collaborate, build on each other's work, and push the boundaries of what's possible.

I did all of this in genspark. What would have taken me at least two months to build i built in a few hours...

I genuinely believe we're only scratching the surface of what AI can become inside professional 3D pipelines. heres a link to try it yourself, its free! https://github.com/mkbrown261/blender-mcp-upgrade
