Genspark 'Make a Call' Feature

I told my AI assistant I wanted fries.

3 agents later, a real human at a pizzeria took the order.

Here is the full chain.

I told Rafiki, my assistant. Rafiki handed it to my Chief of Staff, the agent that actually holds the tools. The Chief of Staff fired Genspark's Call For Me. A voice dialed the pizzeria, had the conversation, and placed an order for a large fries.

No phone. No tool. No follow-up from me.

I said what I wanted, once.

Then the part that actually mattered.

I called the owner after. He confirmed it. The call came in, the order was placed. And the receipt beat me to it: a transcript and a result summary in my inbox, plus my own tracking pinging in Telegram.

That last bit is the whole thing.

Delegation without a receipt is just hope. You send the request into the dark and wait to find out. If you cannot see that it happened, you cannot trust it. And if you cannot trust it, you will quietly go back to doing it yourself.

Now swap fries for your actual week.

Booking confirmations. Appointment reminders. Supplier follow-ups. Chasing the status of a quote. Calling a vendor to verify hours or pricing.

Each one is 15 to 20 minutes of dialing, holding, and repeating yourself. Count how many your team makes in a week and do the multiplication. That number is your answer, not mine.

Michael Gerber wrote about this 30+ years ago in The E-Myth Revisited. His line: systems run the business, people run the systems. Most owners get it backwards. They hire a person to BE the system, then wonder why everything stops the week that person is out.

The fries call was not impressive because AI can talk.

It was impressive because there was a chain of command underneath it. An assistant. A chief of staff. A tool. A receipt.

That is an org chart. It just is not made of people.

You are not behind because you skipped the right tool. You are behind because every one of those calls still has to pass through a person before anything happens.
